Hummus Veggie Bites

Makes 16 individual bite-sized servings

8 cucumber slices, ¼ inch thick each
8 1½ inch round crackers, any brand
4 of your favorite varieties of Lantana flavors
A variety of colorful toppings (examples: corn, shredded beets, roasted red peppers, sliced bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, peas, broccoli, julienned radishes, edamame and carrot slices)


Spread each cucumber slice and cracker with 1 T hummus
Top with a colorful topping… get creative!
Place on a festive platter and serve
